CYPRUS – Annet Artani visits Greece this summer, returning to her homeland after missing a year due to the pandemic.
During her visit to Greece and before departing for her home island (Kefalonia) she stayed for a day in Athens.
The teams of oikotimes and OK MAGAZINE GREECE (powered by Barking Well Media) hosted two exclusive interviews.
In this post, we share the exclusive footage and reports with OK MAGAZINE GREECE in which Annet got proposed by Carl under the rock of the Acropolis.
THERE’S ALSO GREGORY…
Gregory, who’s loving running (either it’s an official championship or just going to school) is 5 and a half years old with a Gold medal in track. That’s why one of the first things his mum and Carl wanted to see was the venue of the first-ever modern Olympic Games, the Kalimarmaro Stadium in the very center of Athens.
Gregory got enthusiastic and despite we got on the spot in the due time, the ticket officers allowed him to give a quick run wherein 1986 Spiros Louis brought the first gold medal for modern Greece.
But this wasn’t enough for us to get excited. Why Angels Cry singer, visited the rock of the Acropolis where her companion Carl… proposed to her in front of our photo and video crew while Annet only knew she is going to the spot for Gregory to see the momentum foundation of modern Democracy.
The moment was extremely sentimental and later on, at a private dinner with the singer we couldn’t stop enjoying the “rock”. Carl truly wasn’t stingy on this amazing huge engagement ring.
The wedding will take place next summer in Kefalonia.
It was an amazing evening and soon we will bring you another interesting video and story about Annet, with topics that will be hugely discussed in the Eurovision fandom.
Special thanks to Nikos Georgiadis and OK MAGAZINE Greece (and Barking Well Media) for the collaboration, his team members Artemis and Yannis, and to our colleague George Kladis for saving the night at the very last moment.
