Igor Vovkovisnkiy took an hour of his busy times in Malmo to give an insight on his life and personality in order to let the Eurovision press and fans get to know him better.
In his interview he told about his family specifically emphasizing the influence of his mother on his personality. This is how he describes himself: โI am a gentle giant, I donโt like conflict, and I donโt like confrontation. I love seeing new people, new places, and experiencing new things. I always do things to the best of my abilities, I do not pretend to be something Iโm not.โ
Igor says he is very proud of being part of Zlataโs team at the Eurovision Song Contest and will surely put this experience on his portfolio.
โZlataโs song speaks to me on a lot of levels, the gravity that she must overcome is something I must overcome every day. And when youโre as big as I am, gravity works extra hard to keep you down. I know I have to overcome my gravity, but in the end itโs all well worth it. For me to see this beautiful country, and this amazing city is a dream come true. Itโs fun for me, and itโs an honor to be invited to be a part of the Ukrainian team as a fellow Ukrainian, I am proud to represent my homeland.โ
Igor Vovkovinsky, the tallest man living in the United States flew all the way from Minnesota, USA, to be part of Ukraine’s entry performance.
