This is how he describes himself: “I am a gentle giant, I don’t like conflict, and I don’t like confrontation. I love seeing new people, new places, and experiencing new things. I always do things to the best of my abilities, I do not pretend to be something I’m not.”
Igor says he is very proud of being part of Zlata’s team at the Eurovision Song Contest and will surely put this experience on his portfolio.
“Zlata’s song speaks to me on a lot of levels, the gravity that she must overcome is something I must overcome every day. And when you’re as big as I am, gravity works extra hard to keep you down. I know I have to overcome my gravity, but in the end it’s all well worth it. For me to see this beautiful country, and this amazing city is a dream come true. It’s fun for me, and it’s an honor to be invited to be a part of the Ukrainian team as a fellow Ukrainian, I am proud to represent my homeland.”
Igor Vovkovinsky, the tallest man living in the United States flew all the way from Minnesota, USA, to be part of Ukraine’s entry performance. Igor is originally from Ukraine when at the age of 7 he moved to the States with his family. Igor, the fantasy giant, will symbolize Zlata’s inner strength which helps her overcome obstacles on the way to her dream.
