SPAIN – Team OIKOTIMES had the pleasure to attend the first day of the inaugural BCN EUROVISION PARTY in Barcelona, which was also attended and supported by Eurovision sponsor and TVE itself. Yes, Eva Mora was there too.
The red carpet session took place on March 25 and the fans alongside the press were ecstatic. If you think this was a typical welcome reception you are deadly wrong. Yes, we might have seen Senhit (San Marino), Marta Rure (Andorra), We Are Domi (Czech Republic), Vladana (Montenegro) and more, but there were huge highlights.
The first one was that THE ROOP BAND (Lithuania 2020/2021) showed up with Ukrainian flagged face masks to support the ongoing war situation in Ukraine.
Then Ronela came to the premises and after concluding her presentation she returned as the SLOMO queen entered the red carpet room and hugged her.
But it was also a big moment we all waited as of this morning. After the morning Tweet of SUBWOOLFER dancing to SLOMO by Chanel, it was time for Spain and Norway to meet and of course, Chanel to respond to the video. Of course, TVE made sure we have the moment.
In the end, all participants started partying and dancing, with Ronela and Chanel slaying on the dancefloor while WRS (Romania), Monika Liu (Lithuania) and other Eurostars caught up in the dance lessons: because when we talk about dancing our b**ts off, Barcelona is DA PLACE!
