SANREMO, ITALY – The 2014 Eurovision Song Contest winner is really wanted in all national finals. National broadcasters give earth and water to have the Austrian star in their national final shows. After Switzerland, Sweden and Germany, today RAI confirmed that Conchita Wurst will perform in the 2015 Sanremo Festival final night, February 14th.
In the 2015 Sanremo Festival we will have 20 acts in total and the results will be decided by tele voting, expert jury and poll. 16 acts will proceed to the final and the winner will get the ticket for Vienna’s Eurovision Song Contest. Sanremo Festival kicks off on February 10th. Winner of the festival has the first say whether he or she want to represent Italy in the contest not necessarily with their Sanremo song bid.
