CROATIA – HRT announced details for DORA 2021 which will take place on February 13 in Opatija if all pandemic criteria are met. The format of the 2021 selection includes several changes. Here are the highlights of the changes.
- Submissions due on Dember 10, 2020
- Submissions can be made through this link
- 14 songs instead of 16 will compete
- 4 songs will be kept aside in case of withdrawal or disqualification
- 5 people will be allowed on stage
- Vocals will be pre-recorded
- Lyrics can be in any European language
- Singers must be Croatians
- International authors are welcomed
