CYPRUS – Following the reports of OPEN TV for a meeting of Cyprus National Broadcaster with Greek labels next week, we have some interesting information for you.
First of all, it seems that MINOS – EMI – UNIVERSAL Greece will propose Katerina Stikoudi and Irene Papadopoulou, although we are almost sure that there will be a third – surprise – name.
Then CyBC will meet with the executives of PANIK RECORDS. After all, those two labels are the top singers’ shops in the country. PANIK Records will propose only artists of Cypriot origins, sparking a series of rumours.
Harris Savva and Nearchos Evangelou are tipped for the job but maybe this is the right time for the comeback of Ivi Adamou, who failed big time back in 2012. Ivi Adamou is more mature as a singer, became a mom and seeks a big comeback in the industry, plus she has Bulgarian descents (targeting Balkan votes).
Next week, more information will leak and of course, oikotimes will give them to you!
