Can you tell us something about yourself?
My real name is Stephanos Christophorou and I was born in 1994 and raised in Cyprus, Limassol.
What made you decide to compete in the Cypriot national selection?
First of all I love the Eurovision Song Contest and second I love competition. It makes me feel creative. It’s a dream coming true to represent Cyprus at the ESC with my song “Magic”.
What kind of feedback did you get following your Eurochallange performance?
The feedback is very good, optimistic and full of love and positive energy. People seem to like my song and I receive many positive comments, most of them telling me how suitable the song is for the Eurovision Song Contest.
Are you a Eurovision fan? Do you have a favorite song from the competition?
Of course I am! There are too many songs that took part in the contest that I love. I really don’t know from where to start. Euphoria by Loreen, Hold me now by Johnny Logan, Nocturne by Secret Garden and Where are you now by Imanii are some of my many favorites.
What are your future plans outside of Eurovision?
I am getting ready for my first record album in Greece and Cyprus, I’m moving to Athens soon and getting ready to sign with a big record label there. In the meantime I will be performing to some gigs.
If you were allowed to bring a lucky charm on stage during your performance what would that be?
My red colour boots! Believe me they are MAGIC!
