DIMA BILAN – FAIRY WORLD

For a while Dima Bilan kept his fans in expectation of his creative work. He announced that his Alter-ego is going to sing soon, the very Vitya Belan, but he just half revealed the mystery and forced his fans to be in exciting looking-for for several months. It was clear from various interviews that the music will differ cardinally from usual Dima Bilan’s repertoire. The main feature of the new music project is going to be the fact that Vitya Belan is going to express himself fully and present songs written all by himself, without any help. Fans were in hiding looking-for.

It’s high time for Vitya to reveal his creative pantry and present the long-awaited video for a title song «Fairy World». A fairy tale dream-like world, full of mysteries and music improvisation is created for those, who love music and go toward their dreams. The debut video is filmed by the company FIREWORK VIDEO in Kiev. Director — Olga Zhurba, DOP – Sergey Banderas. The director managed to embody Vitya’s conception fully and to immerse a viewer into parallel beautiful world. With kid’s eyes we watch a fairy tale and a long way, which he should go. Who knows, maybe this boy is Vitya Belan himself.
Vitya comments on his discovery this way:

“This is what I’ve been collecting inside me – emotions, events, sorrow, some musings – and the time came, when I found the moment and had ability to give it a shape, which is interesting for me and is very up-to-date! At present I create music all by myself, I write texts, plunge into the process fully, drifting of delight, of this possibility to create music at any point of Earth, at home, on tour, everywhere, where I manage to do it! The music is subjective in its style, it’s light mainly, but it’s always full of senses! It can’t be performed by Dima Bilan – it’s a subjective experimental story!”

Vitya’s creative work is some parallel reality, in which the artist has ability to evolve and open up the way he wishes. Together with his like-minded persons, sound producer Andrey Cherny and musician Slava Lungu the artist is working at his debut album, which he’s going to present in 2013.
