The brand new song of Eric Saade titled “Coming Home” is now fully out on YouTube. This is the new song of the Swedish hottie and you can listen to it below. The Swedish star participated in Eurovision Song Contest 2011 and proudly brought Sweden 3rd in the Eurovision final scoreboard.
He promised fans something a little bit different when he first announced the details of the song last week. And he wasnโt lying. Gone is the dancepop of โMarchingโ, the semi urban seasonings of โMiss Unknownโ, and his more familiar amalgamation of the two โ the semi urban seasoned dancepop of โHotter Than Fireโ and a lot of his previous material. And in its place weโve got Eric Saade coming out with a much more chilled out, laidback, and simplistic kind of pop song. Topically, the kind of pop song that sounds like summer.
โComing Homeโ is a guitar driven, beat laden, sing-a-long number. His songs have always been hugely melodic, but โComing Homeโ is a more contemporary and mature kind of melodic โ in that itโs something that fits in with the sound of modern radio, more so than the latest โHitz For Kidzโ compilation album (not that weโre dissing the latter, you KNOW we love the latter!). Yes heโs grown up by the sounds of โComing Homeโ, but not too much thankfully. Weโre talking a year or soโs maturity here โ which is about right anyway. No maturity to his sound, while giving us more โMarching In The Name Of Loveโs and therefore being amazing, just wouldnโt have been right. โComing Homeโ is right.
