BRUSSELS, BELGIUM – A large concert will be held in Brussels. On November 9th at the famed Bozar (Center for Fine Arts) three popular singers from Cyprus will perform.
Anna Vissi, Constantinos Christoforou and Despina Olympiou will perform pro bono in concert with the symbolic title «Cyprus Unplugged”, uniting their voices after the call of the Commissioner of Cyprus to the European Union Androulla Vassiliou.
The purpose of the concert is to gather money for charitable institutions for children in Cyprus so ravaged by the economic crisis.
The three popular artists responded immediately to the call of Cypriot Commissioner who’s already feverish preparations for this great show much interest in Brussels and abroad since generally organized by a member of the European Commission itself, proving that music unites and has great power to help our fellow man in these difficult times.
