Two Eurovision stars from Serbia are currently competing at regional version of The Voice. They are Saška Janković and Nevena Božović. Saška was a backing vocalist for Milan Stanković (2010) and Nina (2011). She also competed at last edition of Beovizija, former national selection of Serbia, in 2009. Saška sang a very powefull romani song called “Đelem, đelem” of famous deceased romani interpretator Šaban Bajramović.
Nevena represented Serbia at Junior Eurovision in 2007 where she finished third. The song that was Nevena singing in the first live show is also famous to Eurovision fans. It’s Jelena Tomašević’s (2008) song Jutro from Serbia and Montenegro national selection in 2005 that finished second and is composed by two times Eurovision entrant and 2008 host, Željko Joksimović. They both had a huge supportance from the audience in studio for their performances.
