EUROVISION 2021 – The jury shows for each semi-final and the grand final are taking place a day before the live show. Some might consider it fair (as it sell more tickets and the show is attractive to the audience, as the participants must do their best) and some consider it unfair as the jury votes might not be understood in the live show because people cannot be aware of how the artists performed the day before.
Anyway, this is a debate that cannot be resolved at this point as the pros are more than the cons. But, in the first semi-final jury show, we all reported that Ukraine, Malta, and Romania performed twice as there were difficulties (technical mostly). In the case of Ukraine and Malta, the camera sequences and the in-ear sound were definitely wrong and in the case of Romania, it was clear that Roxen couldn’t listen to the proper music and coordinate her vocals with the music.
Those jury show performances have been leaked on the web and you can have a glimpse of them below.

I also felt the need to add this one. It’s the moment when Natalia Gordienko (representing Moldova again) drops the microphone during the Grand Final and you can listen to the backing vocals (which are not actually so backing, right?)
