EDITORIAL – Since this morning three more Eurovision entries added to that of Georgia and Austria already published ahead of their original time set. The social media of course had their own work, following a lot of praising posts by websites wanting to get an interview from the artists as always.
Let’s not forget that we are discussing fresh music materials when all we had to discuss was Chanel, Mahmood & Blanco, Kalush Orchestra and the banana boys from Pluto!
The morning started with the presentation of the Belgian entry. The overall impression is that Jรฉrรฉmie is offering us a great song and hopefully if the performance is also adequate then the country can actually hope for a top ten in the grand final’s scoreboard. The only thing worrying the fandom is that there are too many similar songs like his.

The morning concluded with the release of the UK entry which was anyway rumoured for a few days now. Sam Ryden and Space Man seems to have received very positive impressions, especially following his live performance which you can see here. Will the UK get any points this year? It’s all up to a convincing performance on stage without an exaggerated stage presentation. The fans are hoping for the best but then again the UK ones never expect much from the European mainland voting! At least SUBWOOLFER welcomed them as one of their kind! Why not? After all, one of the Norwegian duos is rumoured to be the A1 singer from the UK! It’s clear though, that Sam’s hunkiness is working fine to boost the song! Well done TAP Music and thank you for donating your BBC fee!

Always the same negativity given when the UKโs #Eurovision entry is selected! Whatever the Result, Its never about Winning, itโs about Taking Part!๐ถ๐ฌ๐ง
I think #Spaceman will really surprise us at the Contest in May. Congratulations @SamRyderMusic, youโll be fantastic!๐

We move to Georgia which was released last night. CIRCUS MIRCUS decided to support Ukraine with an empty video on YouTube. After all Georgia (as a country) is so against Russia which would lead to support any nation with all of its emotions and power. Anyway, following the empty video with the obvious political message, Circus Mircus seems to have presented us a somehow Swedish entry if we take an account who’s penning the song. A winning song in Eurovision 2022? But then again, don’t we always have our annual circus song?

If Nika Kocharov is involved again for Georgia with #CircusMircus then I have very high hopes. Midnight gold is one of my favourite Georgian entries. #Eurovision

In the afternoon, we had the Greek entry. Amanda presented us with an artistic (as well as pessimistically titled) song titled DIE TOGETHER. Of course, the Greek fan sites, not wishing to lose their ERT accreditations and public relations with the Dream Team praised the song with some (few, thankfully) international sites speaking about Athens 2023, which is obviously a paid post. Of course, the Twitter bots started working hard to praise Amanda’s song with an obvious gap between fake Greek admiration and mediocre international Tweets. In any case, the outcome of that song will be determined here or in the manipulated betting offices, which we all know they work, but during the rehearsals. And that could prove the song indeed a winner! After all legendary Fokas Evangelinos is in charge now and we hope he saves the day!

A few hours ago we got the Austrian entry leaked again. This time the full version leaked ahead of tomorrow’s presentation! A totally “today” song that is loved by the fans. In what way? It is the song we will all love to dance to at the Euroclub but I doubt we will actually vote for it. Social media users seem to love the energy and the sound and we all hope this song will be adequately performed and presented in a way that will make it attractive to the TV audience to vote for it.
