ATHENS, GREECE – Zozo Sapoutzaki is a legendary star in Greece reigned in the 60s, 70s, 80s and 90s often called “Queen of the night”. She recently interviewed and she revealed that she was invited to participate in the 2015 Greek national selection.
“I was invited by a group to perform the last chorus of the song” she said and the media immediately speculated that she was proposed by C:Real, one of the five participants.
Well oikotimes.com has the exclusive truth: It was Thomaรฏ Apergi and her group Legend that invited Ms Zozo Sapoutzaki to perform the pact chorus of the song on the stage of the Greek national final. Though Ms Sapoutzaki was not the original idea of the team as the record label wanted Ms Mary Lynda (another legendary popular singer of the 60s) to do the job.
In the meantime Tamta, the Georgian singer who shines in Greece in the past years, explained to the press why she pulled out from the Eurovision race: “I am so busy and I am participating in the Georgian X Factor and I had to deny participation although I was proposed.
