FRANCE – The first online press conference for the accredited media representatives took place today. The French delegation held an afternoon soirรฉ with media from all over the world interacting.
Barbara Pravi performed her song, the commentator was excited with the French entry and he made it clear: France wants to win this year.
Head of Delegation Alexandra Redde-Amiel, emphasized that the French public is highly interested in Eurovision this year, especially now that France is the second favourite to win in the betting odds.
They want to showcase the beauty and the magnificent shows the big cities such as Paris, Marseille, Lyon etc., can show to the world.
But Barbara has a personal favourite city: Paris. This is where it should take place if she wins, she said. It’s the only fair thing to do after 45 years.

It was also revealed that Junior Eurovision 2019 entrant Carla, will be the French spokesperson for Eurovision 2021.
