GERMANY – ARD, a German TV station, has announced its plans for the next Eurovision in 2022. It is called “Germany, 12 Points โ the German ESC-Vorantscheid.”

Germany has also explained how they will choose their team for the 2022 World Cup. During the past few months, the German broadcaster has received 944 submissions.
An internal jury is now picking the acts that will be on the show. It’s led by German HoD Alexandra Wolfast, and it includes the heads of a number of important German music stations.
The jury is said to be on the lookout for the best hit. People in Germany are looking for nine “Radio Popwellen,” which means “Radio Pop Waves.”
On 10 February, Germany’s official Eurovision site, Eurovision.de, will show the public the nine acts that have been chosen.
On 28 February, an online poll will be open to the public, letting people from all over the world vote for their favourite song. It isn’t clear yet how this poll will play a role in the final decision.
The big day is Friday, March 4th, when “Germany 12 Points” will be shown live on ARD. During the pre-selection show, host Barbara Schรถneberger will have live performances from all 9 finalists and live public voting for the winner.
