POLAND – Who knows what the reason is but Gosia Andrzejewich (backing singer in the 2005 Polish entry) accuses Polish national broadcaster for lack of transparency as we read in an interview of the artist to Polish site.
“We never know if anyone actually hears the songs” she said explaining her endless efforts to participate in the Eurovision Song Contest. “Good music has not been taken into account. It’s a shame … I’m starting to wonder if it’s worth taking part in this project” she concludes.
If the elimination was transparent there would have been for example an online voting platform to eliminate songs. Today we send our proposals and we never know if anyone listens to the songs or the reasons why we were rejected. I would like to have some explanations, says Gosia.
Gosia was member of Ivan and Delfin back in the 2005 Eurovision Song Contest edition. She also tried through Belarus in 2006 but she ended up 15th and unsuccessfully in Swiss national selection which was online in 2014. Maybe this should say something to Gosia as an answer to her allegations!
