EDITORIAL – Hello, Eurofans! Only, one day is left for the BIG FINAL! There are so many great songs this year, but I think most of you have chosen one that is special for you and you want it to be the winning one. But, which songs bookmakers favor? And betting on which songs we can make some profit? Let’s discuss about it.
GRAND FINAL
Sweden is still the big favorite! You can bet on Sweden to win the final at odds of 2.85 in Bwin. Måns Zelmerlöw made a great impression during the second semifinal and love him or hate him (you most probably love him as the polls and itunes show), Sweden is the most probable country to host Eurovision next year.
However, Italy and Russia are two contenders that you should not count off. Italy, with an operatic passionate love hymn that thrills and rouses our senses, can surely steal the trophy from Sweden. We have not listened to this song live yet, but I think they have more chances to win than the bookmakers believe. They are also lucky to be the country that will perform last in the final and will have the chance to leave the last impression. You can bet on Italy to win at odds of 5 in Bwin.
You could bet on Russia to win the Eurovision at odds of 16.5 after the second semifinal. Now, the biggest odds you can find are 4.5 in Ladbrokes and Bwin. This means that they have won many many fans. Gagarina with her sweet strong voice, making a great impression every time she performed, managed to become a serious contender for the winning title. In a few hours we will know if she can finish the job.
Latvia and Aminata with a mesmerizing song and an electrifying performance managed to make the crowd cheer for them during the second semifinal. You can bet on Latvia to be on Top 10 at odds of 3.25 in Betvictor. They will fight with Azerbaijan, Georgia, Slovenia, Israel and Spain for a spot in Top 10, but the odds offered are too good to skip.
Two other bets we could take would be Spain to finish in a better position than France at odds of 1.73 in Paddypower and Greece to finish in a better position than Cyprus at odds of 2 in Paddypower.
That’s all! This year’s Eurovision final, looks like a well-tuned riddle with many interesting songs and performances, so good luck and enjoy the great night!
