Immediately as MAD TV and ERT announced the final line up for the Greek national final 2013, Koza Mostra band issued a statement on Facebook regarding their participation.

In their Facebook statement the say they are happy to participate in the national final. Four parts of the statement say: First, it is an honor for the band to work together with Agathonas Iakovides the music of which inspired the band. Second they believe in their song and they are proud of it.
Third, they want to reach the biggest audience ever therefore a participation in a European contest sounds ideal for them. They participate because the tax payers are not part of the cost otherwise they would never have accepted a participation.
