DUBLIN, IRELAND – Irish broadcaster RTE is still considering the best selection method for the 2016 Eurovision Song Contest, http://www.eurovisionireland.net reports.
The network says it has received a number of inquiries regarding the process but adds it is keeping all of its options open.
Over the past few years Ireland has used a mentor system, internal selection and, as was the case last year, an open call.
