KYIV, UKRAINE – There will be delegations of Greece and Kazakhstan in the 2013 Junior Eurovision Song Contest esckaz.com reported yesterday. NTU’s Vlad Baginskiy informed the press during a special press conference that music compilation from those two countries, lenghted 10 minutes will be presented at the Euroclub on November 28th.
Euroclub returns
Yes there will be a Euroclub after many many years in a Junior Eurovision Song Contest. (If I am not mistaken the last Euroclub was in Bucharest in 2006). Dina Smailova has informed that Kazakhstan performance in Euroclub will be of 10 minutes length and will feature about 50 kids.
Among them: children group of Karakat Abildina: girls playing national instrument zhetygen, national dances in traditional Kazakh costumes, traditional and modern vocal performance by finalists of “Music Academy of Eurovision”. Famous fashion house “Symbat” has provided outfits for the modern performances.
Among participants will also be kids studying in “Tansari” itself, ensemble “Vdohnoveniye” from Temirtau, ensemble “Nika” from Almaty, vocal studio “Vyshe Radugi” from Semipalatinsk and various other performers from Pavlodar, Shymkent etc, esckaz.com reports.
Guests from Greece will also prepare a similar act for Euroclub. The delegation is set up by company Mouzenidis who will bring Greek finalists of “Music Academy of Eurovision” and other acts.
More surprises in the Euroclub?
Vlad Badinskiy said that one of the Euroclub evenings will be devoted fully to the former Junior Eurovision entrants from Ukraine, they all will be invited to present their latest works.
Ukraine & Kazakhstan join forces
Ukraine and Kazakhstan are also to collaborate in a music project titled “Music Academy of Eurovision” which will take place in Kyiv immediately after Junior Eurovision 2013, from the procedure of which 2 Ukrainian acts will be decided for the national Junior Eurovision 2104 selection. Unfortunately Kazakhstan will be eligble to participate in a Eurovision family event when the country will join the Council of Europe!
December 1st event
Additionally, on 1st of December in Kyiv, in “Oktyabrskiy” concert hall will take place a concert devoted to the “Day of First President of Kazakhstan”, which will be attended by adult and junior Ukrainian stars, as well as several participants of Junior Eurovision 2013.
Opening party songs presentation
At the opening party, besides the draw, traditionally all JESC 2013 entries will be presented live by contestants of the show, allowing kids to get acquainted with each other songs before the final.
