In just over a month, we’ll see the very first Dutch shows to pick their star for this year’s Junior Eurovision Song Contest. That seems like a perfect moment to get to know the eight that are in the game!
The competition will this time be between Dali, Giorgio, Loeki, Kim, Mathilde, Mylène & Rosanne, Roan and Sarah & Julia. So, who are they exactly? We have a short introduction to all of them!
While the two semi-finals and the final are held in September, the first introduction show will be shown in the Netherlands already on the 20th of August.
Before the finals, the finalists will be transformed into real stars. They get singing and dancing lessons, work with a real producer on their acts, have a photo and video shoots, dive into the studio to record a CD, and much more!
The Netherlands hosted last year’s Junior Eurovision Song Contest in Amsterdam and has also won the contest once, in 2009 with Ralf Mackenbach’s Click Clack.
