“It’s an invaluable experience when you know that your mentors and professors worked on albums of world-famous musicians such as Ed Sheeran, U2, The Script, Spice Girls, Rod Stewart, Gary Barlow…”
Music in Jessa’s life started in primary school, from music festivals and charity concerts to numerous performances throughout her early teenage years. Jessa has been writing her own songs from the age of 11 and taught herself to play guitar and piano from the age of 8.
JESSA’S THOUGHTS ABOUT THE SONG AND PERFORMANCE AT DORA
“First and most important, is to have fun. Give our best and show the song in the best possible way. So far, this song was mine, part of me, and now it will finally see the light of a day and become yours, free to interpret it the way it moves you.”
Jessa comes from a multinational family, a Croatian mother and an Irish father. When she was 4, they moved to Zadar, Croatia and stayed there, they found a home. Zadar has already had a winner of The Eurovision Song Contest in 1989, why not Deja vu?
We remind you, all the songs for DORA 2022 will be revealed on February 10
