GREECE – On Sunday evening we had the pleasure to Skype with Katerine Duska, the girl who proudly represented Greece in the 2019 Eurovision Song Contest with the song BETTER LOVE.
We say proudly as it was one of the fewest entries in the history of Eurovision in Greece which had zero negative reactions by the public.
What made this interview interesting was not only that Katerine is constantly working in her home studio, neither that she is becoming an expert in cooking due to quarantine but because she revealed whether the Eurovision 2019 entry was originally solo or a duet song.
She also told us how she experienced the stage presentation in Tel Aviv and commented on the 2020 Eurovision entry for Greece, SUPERGIRL by Stefania.
At the moment we have the pleasure to have two new songs by Katerine, one solo titled SANCTUARY and a duet with Leon of Athens titled ANEMOS (WIND).
In August 2019 she performed at the Technopolis Full-moon concert in Athens which was a full house. with more than 5,000 people attending (a number officially confirmed by the Technopolis hosts).
The only sad thing is that Katerine feels fulfilled by Eurovision and doesn’t really consider a return to the contest but hope dies last and maybe one day she finds a song which she would like to share with that specific International audience.
