COPENHAGEN, DENMARK – The Danish representative in Eurovision Song Contest 2007 now returns with the single ‘All With Love’. It’s DQ’s first international single since ‘Drama Queen’, and the first release from the upcoming album. On the first day ‘All With Love’ went straight into iTunes Top 200 and gained headlines in Danish media.
“All With Love is a pop song with a great message, which I think is important to communicate in this world we’re living in”, says DQ – or Peter Andersen, as he is called when he is not in a dress.
Although it’s eight years since he last released an international album, he has certainly not misplaced the gowns. Over the years DQ has performed with various solo drag shows in Denmark and abroad. Last year DQ had the honourable role of being the hostess of Euroclub, when Eurovision Song Contest was held in Copenhagen.
“It was great to be a part of this spectacular event once again, and to sing the songs we all love with fans and delegations”.
During the summer DQ are already booked for several appearances throughout Europe.
“Over the summer I’m going to perform at some Eurovision related events. I can’t wait to sing my new songs for the Eurovision audience. The songs are very dear to my heart. Playful and fun, but also with a little more edge and maturity. After all I’m not a teen queen anymore, but I promise you all I won’t be a dragging old lady”, says DQ with a big smile.
‘All With Love’ will be available on all major music stores and platforms (iTunes, Spotify, Amazon, Google Play etc.).
