BAKU, AZERBAIJAN – The 2013 Eurovision representative, Farid Mammadov, is preparing to take part in the first annual European Games, which will take place in the Azeri capital Baku next month.
Farid will sing at the opening ceremony on June 12, although he hasn’t revealed the song he will be performing. The Azeri singer recently released a new single entitled “I Forgot”, which he both composed and wrote the lyrics for.
Farid represented Azerbaijan in Malmo with the song “Hold Me”. He was the runner up in the grand final receiving 234 points.
