  • He made it. Alban delivered all the highnotes. Barefooting seems to have helped and appreciated by many!!! Well done. The audience applause (not as much as for Ronela) but this is definitely a winning material. Alban is called out by the hostess to bow again.

    No matter he is straight, gays all over the planet unite: Alban Ramosaj is on stage. He will perform. Will he make it in the high notes? Soon to find out…

  • Rezarta Smaja – E jemja nuse

    Someone has a fan in the audience. Oh dear, a folk intro and a jazz performance follow. Hmm, someone told Rezarta that this is a song for Eurovision. Don’t you hear a bit of ARMY OF LOVERS in it? The combination of Jazz and Disco would at least get her to the final. I don’t understand the folk high not in the performance… Messy! (and I am not talking about the footballer…)

  • Sajmir Cili – Nën maskë

    Unfortunately, Sajmir is performing after a song that Albanians want to win. So it is definitely bad placing for an overall “OK” performance.

  • Ronela Hajati – Sekret

    Time for one of the big favourites, according to the Eurovision fandom. Although I wonder why everyone loves this, I can now understand them. The song clearly stands out from other performances, although close to being categorised as “trash”. The fuzz is too much for anyone to ignore and Albanians love it. Therefore it should win (no matter my opinion). Ronela was extremly stressed. The audience hype is enormous!

    Ok, now we talk business. Alternative, Ludovikian and totally interesting, although this kind of a tune needs a climax, which never comes. Definitely a Deja-vu from The Cranberries.

  • Overall, I like this song, it sounds as if it comes from the good old days of Eurovision and receives huge applause from the audience… I think they are definitey qualifying to the final (although we will not know the results tonight). The audience doesn’t stop to applaud…

    The Albanian Olsen Brothers… Warm welcome b the audience and a beautiful ballad performed. Another Sanremo Festival song on stage but then again, Albanians always loved their neighbours…

    Operatic song from Albania, that would be interesting. At least this one is excellently performed and such a song can be a trend no matter the date. Great job! The high note slays…!

  • Time to chat a bit with the orchestra conductor… Of course we all respect him as he served the FIK for decades…

  • Ok, this one is a clear copy of Eros Ramazzotti song. This is why I like it. It’s sad because the vocal performance is interesting, but the song is definitely not original. Just check “Cose della vita (Can’t Stop Thinking of You)”…

  • Gjergj Kaçinari – Në ëndërr mbete ti

    I guess it’s time for the Albanian Men in Black. An interesting tune, which could someone hear in Sanremo Festival maybe. Somehow this gets your attention (not necessarily to vote it) but maybe because it sounds amazing with the orchestra accompanying it.
