- Petruska – Trouble in my mind
After an break video where some of the finalists showed what weird thing they could do in case they qualify to the final (with funny and hilarious moments) we are back in the show. Petruska is performing her entry this time not in black and white but in a colourful backdrop. Slight change in the lyrics and the vocal performance sound quite promising. The jury comments were overall praising.
- Gergő Oláh – Győz a jó
After the Swedish embassy announced a video competition for the Hungarian public with trophy a trip to Stockholm and show tickets for two persons we moved to the next entrant. Gergő with the use of fire props seems to have altered his song a bit but still the vocal performance remain impressive. The jury praised the combination of gypsy and arab music.
- Kállay Saunders Band – Who we are
András has made also a slight change to his song and wears a white outfit. Iy definitely becomes a strong contender for the super final although not entirely satisfied by the vocal performance. He says he had problem with the sound. The organisers and the jury accept the problem and there is a second performance of the song. The song returns to its original key and the vocal performance although with struggling moments was better than the first one. The jury is not exactly enthusiastic about the song but they loved the performance.
- Mushu – Uncle Tom
Definitely a good start for the show in terms of stage presentation and in terms of vocals. The performance grows within those three minuted and the stage presentation includes an incident with the backing vocalists. It could do well or at least go to the super final. The jury is kinda optimistic and positive towards this entry. - André Vásáry – Why
A new backdrop with stars and earth images and a powerful vocal performance for our last contender. André is having a great stage presentation and the jury praise how influential this song is along with the vocals.
- Freddie – Pioneer
Freddie proves himself why he is the favourite to win. Besides been the sexiest finalist (along with Adras) he delivers the song perfectly giving a stunning performance. Although in Hungarian you just love the song. The audience goes frantic. The jury praise his performance.
- Parno Graszt – Már nem szédülök
The next performance was kinda monotonous and maybe too Hungarian for my taste. Although the vocal performance was adequate I don’t see convincing points to make me vote for it. The national jury of MTVA consider tis a good song for the Hungarian audience and somehow the praise it. - Olivér Berkes & Andi Tóth – Seven seas
They seem to be quite popular having in mind they qualified two times in A Dal through tele voting. The audience love the song and the juries clap as well. The vocals are powerful and besides the mediocre appearance it seems that this could be a national hit. Though definitely won’t do much in Stockholm. The jury overall praise the song but remember they don’t vote yet, but when all songs performed.
it’s time for the jury to vote to cast their vote and then we will know the four super finalists
