MOSCOW, RUSSIA – Local press Super.ru published a video interview with Loreen accompanied by a text regarding her comments (which are not clear in the video due to the translation) where she spoke about Putin and the political sanctions against Russia by the EU. If we believe the text posted by super.ru
Eurovision 2012 winner from Sweden condemned the EU sanctions against Russia explaining that sanctions are harming people and you cannot use them in order to achieve political changes. She admitted that Mr Vladimir Putin, President of Russia is indeed a dictator but he is also a … super-strong personality and a bright politician!
Regarding her own personal plans, Loreen is preparing a new album which will storm (according to her) the European continent next year. About her personal life she said that currently she is not in love either with a man or a woman. It’s difficult to have a career like hers and maintain a relationship at the same time.
She explained why she is not promoting more of herself by releasing songs all the time like previous Eurovision winners and she replied that she prefers quality over quantity. When something of good quality is made it will be released, that’s my strategy, she said.
