The 2014 edition of the Junior Eurovision Song Contest took place on November 15th at the Marsa Shipbuilding, hosted by PBS and Moira Delia. 16 countries participated. Italy, Montenegro and Slovenia debuted in the contest while Croatia, Cyprus and Serbia returned to the contest. Italy won the contest, the voting of which consisted of tele voting (50%) jury voting (50%). The voting began with awarding all kids 12 points plus a jury voting.
