BETTING ODDS

• Since the invasion of Russia, Ukraine has taken the top of the winner’s odds with a severe distance from Italy. We all know that it’s almost impossible for KALUSH ORCHESTRA to perform in Turin (although we all want to find a way to fix this) but it’s so nice that everyone’s support is on Ukraine now.
• Tonight, Germany will decide its participation for Turin and everything points out to Felicia Lu winning the entire thing by a landslide. The singer already got permission to adjust her song lyrics to the Ukrainian crisis not to forget the NDR last-minute decision to call JAMALA to perform her 2016 Eurovision winner entry 1944.
• In Sweden, the fifth show will include two rounds. In the first round, Anna Bergendahl and Tone Sekelius are the favourites to win the ticket to the Melodifestivalen final, while Lisa Miskovsky and Cazzi Opeia are the favourites in the second round. When it comes to the grand final in Sweden, Cornelia Jakobs restored her top ranking but Ander Bagge is closely after her for the ticket to Turin.
• Denmark is one more country deciding tomorrow night for Turin and Conf3ssons are the favourite to win the DMGP this year.
• In France the Malagasy brothers, SOA are the favourites to win the national final since the participants and their song was announced. Alvan and Ahez though are strong in the Eurovision fandom and some say there will be no surprise if they actually make it.
• There are no betting odds for Serbia and Romania unfortunately but there seem to be 2-3 clear favourites in each country to win the national finals in each country respectively.
