VIENNA, AUSTRIA – Iceland has Hera Björk, Portugal has Vânia Fernandes, Malta has Chiara… and now comes the Serbian version, Bojana. Once again, the running order definitely helps the Serbian act to stand out. After three ballads, the energetic track will be remembered. So will be the outfit and the hairstyle of the singer (Barbara Dex award to be expected)! The song is not bad and will do well, even if the “techno” sound still sounds awkward to my ears. I love her powerful voice! The staging is OK, with very nice light effect, especially during the second half of the performance. Once again, the masked dancers and flags are a bit useless. Is “over staging” a Balkan trademark this year?
