UNITED KINGDOM – Will Ferrell had a very surprising souvenir to show Graham Norton on his BBC chatshow. The comedian and actor joined The Graham Norton Show on Friday night (May 15) to promote his upcoming Netflix movie Eurovision Song Content: The Story of Fire Saga.
When Graham asked him to share his mementoes from his films, Ferrell showed off the Channel 4 News ring from Anchorman… and something extremely naughty from another of his classic comedies.
“I have one other item, which is in a special cardboard box here,” he explained. “And these are my prosthetic testicles from Step Brothers”.
As Graham broke out in laughter, Ferrell quipped: “Very lifelike! I have brought these out, much to the horror, at many a dinner party. I presented these.”
The actor went on to explain that the “fake testicles” were put him on for the notorious Step Brothers scene where he soiled John C Reilly’s drumkit.
“There’s gonna be a screengrab of that, that’s gonna go viral,” Graham warned.
Who knows what Ferrell’s souvenir will be from the set of Eurovision Song Contest: The Story of Fire Saga? The Netflix movie has just released its first song ‘Volcano Man‘, which is sung by Ferrell himself, ahead of the premiere set for June 26th.
Chatting about his fandom of all things Eurovision with Norton, he revealed: “It happened about 20 years ago when we were visiting my wife’s family in Sweden. One evening her cousin suggested we watch it and we sat there for three hours straight. I was slack-jawed.
“I couldn’t believe what I was watching. It was the craziest thing I’d ever seen. Everything you guys see – the spectacle, the humour – it was intoxicating.”
