Go_A release “SHUM” and lots confused that it is their Eurovision 2021 entry. HOD immediately denied this is the song for Rotterdam. In an Instagram post, the group told their fans that they created a “new form of an ancient magical ritual” with the song.
ERMAL META
Ermal Meta has released a new song called “No Satisfaction”. Together with Fabrizio Moro, he entered Italy’s Festival di Sanremo in 2018 with the song “Non Mi Avete Fatto Niente”.
ATHENA MANOUKIAN
Athena and Mark Angelo penned Athena’s new song titled YOU SHOULD KNOW and you can listen to it below. Constantine Paco is behind the production of the song. Athena was due to represent Armenia in Eurovision 2020 with a song which was considered dark horse for the trophy!
TIM SCHOU
Denmark’s Tim Schou is gonna be releasing his debut album later in the year, and he’s just released the first single from it. The appropriately titled ‘Comeback’.
MARIETTE
Mariette released a new song on Friday 15 January called “The One That Got Away”. In 2015, Mariette Hansson made her debut in the Melodifestivalen for Eurovision, performing “Don’t Stop Believing” achieving the 3rd position. Two years later, she returned with “A Million Years” with which she finished 4th. In 2018, her entry “For You” finished 5th and in 2020 performed “Shout It Out”.
NINA PETKOVIĆ
Nina Petković took part in the national selections of Serbia & Montenegro in both 2005 and 2006, and then in Montevizija 2018 and 2019. Her 2018 entry “Dišem” was a big favorite amongst Eurovision fans. Nina has continued the collaboration with the songwriters of “Dišem”, and released a new single titled “Dance Till I Die”.
MOLLY SANDÉN
Molly Sandén is back with a brand-new single, out today – ‘Kärlek Slutar Alltid Med Bråk’. It’s the melancholic ballad that comes from a break-up, this one enhanced by a melody and production that hints towards a more euphoric feeling about the future.
LAURIS REINIKS
FLY (2003) frontman, Lauris Reiniks has released brand new music. It is a romantic song now in video with singers from three Baltic states. Alise Haijima (from Latvian X-Faktors and Supernova 2020); Liepa Mondeikaitė (Eurovizijos Atranka 2015) and Luisa Värk (Eesti Laul 2008 and 2015). The song is titled ‘Savējais’ (My Own) in Latvian, ‘Savi’ (Our Own) in Lithuanian and ‘Sinuga’ (With You) in Estonian.
