Pernilla Månsson Colt will host the Allocation Draw on January 17th for the Eurovision Song Contest 2013 edition. Pernilla hosted Melodifestivalen twice and was the SVT commentator in 1998 and 2000 Eurovision edition. Allocation Draw will take place during the Key Insignia in Malmö by the Mayor of Baku.
During the draw we will know which semifinal will have 16 or 17 participants respectively and in each semifinals countries will be drawn also in the first or second half of the show. The draw will be aired live by SVT and EBU official websites.
