YUGOSLAVIA / CROATIA – Legendary musician Rajko Dujmić succumbs to severe injuries after a car accident.

The singer-songwriter suffered dangerous injuries when he lost control of his VW Tiguan in an accident in Stari Laz last week.

Rajko Dujmić (65) died as a result of a traffic accident, according to sources close to his family.

Let us remind you, the singer-songwriter suffered dangerous injuries when he lost control of his VW Tiguan with Zagreb license plates in a horrific accident in Stari Laz, in the Ravna Gora area, at around 5.15 pm on Wednesday last week and landed in an abyss.

Due to unadjusted speed, he landed off the road at the exit of a sharp left turn that climbs uphill on that part of the road, then picked up a stone wall and a plum tree to stop about five meters below road level or ten meters above the abyss. He was held back by the branches from the fall.

After a traffic accident in which his head was seriously injured, Dujmić was in a coma, connected to a respirator in the Intensive Care Unit in Sušak.
