SPAIN – Four performers have qualified from Benidorm Fest’s second semi-final, completing the lineup for this Saturday’s final.
Seven singers hit the stage tonight in Benidorm, Spain, for the second semi-final of Benidorm Fest, vying to represent their nation at the 2022 Eurovision Song Contest. Four artists have qualified for the grand final, which will take place on Saturday, January 29th.
The show was hosted by singer Alaska, presenter and comedian Inés Hernand and journalist and host Máximo Huerta.
After all the performances, the results were presented separately in a process in which all voting elements’ points were announced.
The international jury accounted for 40% of the jury result, while the national jury accounted for the remaining 60%.
Within the public voting, 50% of the results will be determined via televote and 50% via a demoscopic jury.
The winner of the final on Saturday will represent Spain in this year’s Eurovision Song Contest.
