TVE has decided to use the same last year’s procedure after the 10th place got by Pastora Soler with “Quédate Conmigo” (Best Spanish score since 2004). As well they are going to select the song with the same method.
4 songs has been presented to the public via the official RTVE web site, 2 of them has been chosen by the band to be directly performed at the national final and the third one will be selected by an on-line public vote. Votes will be registered since the February 5th to February 26th at 12.00 AM.
The public have to choose between these two songs:
The song wich El Sueño de Morfeo will perform at Eurovision in Malmo will be chosen in a special show to take place on February 26th in RTVE studios in Sant Cugat (Barcelona). During the show, the band will perform the three songs live and a mix of professional jury and televote will decide the final song for Eurovision.
All songs have El Sueño de Morfeo’s style, pop songs with celtic tunes (violin, ukelele and bag pipe) and a possitive message on lyrics, a new and different music than the past Spanish participations.
