COLOGNE, GERMANY – Tonight some interesting news emerged with the announcement of Stefan Raab retirement from the TV industry. The announcement came out from a press release by ProSieben, the broadcaster in which Stefan Raab was working and dedicating his career and life for 16 years.
Eurovision world is also shamed by the news as Stefan Raab is not unknown to the Eurovision fans. In 1998 he composed the German entry “Guildo hat euch lieb” and in 2000 he performed himself in Eurovision with the famous “Wadde hadde dudde da?” which was suppose to be a song in a baby language!
In 2010 NDR asked him to create the national selection for Germany in the Eurovision Song Contest and he presented to us “Unser Star fur Oslo”, which brought to Germany its second ever Eurovision trophy with Lena. He is also the man who created the Bundesvision Song Contest, an ESC alike competition for the regions of Germany.
