NORWAY – Norwegian entrants are definitely giving us the humour we all need this season with their song entry. Funny, funky but also with a strong message (for those of course who want to understand it), SUBWOOLFER are now sharing their dance tutorial.
Norway is recruiting the SUBWOOLFER this year, a mysterious duo from the Moon, whose identities remain unknown. “Give That Wolf A Banana” has already gone viral on social media, like “TikTok” with more and more people following the two yellow wolves in the special dance.
But SUBWOOLFER is not enough. They invite people to learn the choreography of “Give That Wolf A Banana” and send their own video to NRK. A collage of the most imaginative contributions will be presented by Norwegian state television on the eve of the final of the 66th Eurovision Song Contest.
“We think it’s fantastic! It is so beautiful that people put it in this bright thing (mobile phone) that they hold in their hand for others to see.”
As they say, choreography is not difficult, although they had to learn everything from the beginning to adapt to the earthly data.
“We are used to choreography in another dimension and gravity, where we can teleport and jump 3 meters high. It was a little difficult to get used to the ground, so we got an earthling to take care of the choreography so that it adapts well to the earthlings.”
The important thing for SUBWOOLFER is for everyone to end up dancing because with dancing things in life become more beautiful. And remember when you perform the choreographyโฆ “you are a wolf that secretly passes you in the forest, but then you take a banana, you become very happy”.
