ANDORRA – The discussion about Andorra’s participation or not in the 2021 Eurovision Song Contest, started once again this season.
A few weeks ago RTVA leaked to the press the information that it is the government who doesn’t allow them to participate, leaving an open window for a possible return in the future.
Today we have a new development from the 2009 Andorran representative Susanne Georgi.
Susanne Georgi, representative of the country in 2009, said that she had secured funding for the country’s return to the event.
“The biggest victory we can have is being on Eurovision. And I don’t do it to sing alone, I don’t want to sing! It’s a matter of patriotism. What I want is to return to the contest.”
The singer presented her proposal to the Andorran government and we can’t wait to find out what they decided.
