SWITZERLAND – It is clear that Switzerland has taken Eurovision Song Contest in the most serious way the recent years and we are so happy about it. After all, we are talking about the country where the event was born back in 1956.
Having the chance to meet and chat with MARIUS BEAR was a pleasure. The low profile artist is surely aware that his majestic voice definitely captivates your ears and your emotions. He is the kind of artist you wanna have at a dinner table with lots of wine and endless discussions about… anything!
I am using the phrase, low-profiled artist, because although he is aware of how amazingly perfect a singer he is, he still remains down to earth.
He seems to love hugs and he surely wants a big family (at least five kids) in the near future.
ABOUT MARIUS
Marius is a multi-talented musician from Appenzell in Switzerland. In 2016, Bear abandoned his plan of becoming a construction machinery mechanic, in order to tour Germany and Switzerland as a street musician. At one festival, he got to know a famous producer who invited him to New York and quickly became part of the Swiss artistic and creative arts scene there.
The globe-throbber was on the move once more in 2017, heading to the United Kingdom, where he studied music production at the prestigious BIMM Institute in London.
It was this literal journey of self-discovery that ultimately led to the release of his first album, Not Loud Enough, which soared into the Top 20 of the Swiss album charts.
