COPENHAGEN, DENMARK – We are live at the Junior Eurovision Song Contest press conference. The executive supervisor is being introduced and it is Vladislav Yakovlev. And on the opening we have our winner from last year, Gaia from Malta.
First change we will have this year is that the song now can last up to 3 minutes, just like in the regular Eurovision.
Once again first three places will be awarded, the spokespersons will be on stage and the participants will draw their own performing position.
Anton Attard is here in the name of Maltese public broadcaster. He also presented us the official logo of upcoming contest. It is created out of Tangram tiles. The meaning of it is the connection between the people, music, contestants.
Vladislav also tipped that the negotiations with Hungarian national broadcaster, MTV, are going through a very positive direction. It seems that next year we will have a new debutant.
With compliments to Gaia that her voice is better then some of the performers from this years final we conclude this press conference.
