- Host country of Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2016, Malta, announced national final for the selection of song and singer. Those interested should be 9-14 and apply up to June 3rd with a fee of 150 Euros. There will be maximum 20 finalists will compete at MCC in Valletta on July 16th. The decision will be made by three juries while tele voting will count as fourth jury.
- Belarus also released the rules and terms for the national selection through which the country will decide its entry for the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2016 in Malta. Ten finalists will be selected by BTRC professional jury on July 1st while the national final will take place on September 16th. The final result will be determined by jury and tele voting.
- Bulgarian national broadcaster, the host broadcaster of the amazing 2015 Junior Eurovision edition, announced the 15 participants for the national selection. The live shows in which expert jury panel will evaluate the participants, kick off on June 8th and will conclude on June 11th with the national final. Though from June 1st to June 8th the 15 participants will go through auditions so the five finalists will be selected. The winner will be decided by a mix of jury and public voting. The song for Junior Eurovision will be presented to the European audience by the end of September. Here are the participants
