EUROPE – The official Eurovision website launched a video with the awkward Eurovision moments throughout the history of the contest. A nice video to remember some things. O f course the video is incomplete as there were more moments were things turned hilarious as the 1981 voting problem between the hostess and the Yugoslav spokesperson who answered to the question “May I have your votes please” with the phrase “I don’t have it”, or the paradox in 1991 Eurovision edition where the Spanish jury voted announcing the Italian votes. Not to mention the 1962 sketch with the dropping of stairs of a musician during the interval or the Slovenian guy leaving the screen when was about to announce the votes in 2003 Eurovision edition, or the Jimmy Jump entrance during the Spanish entry in the 2010 Eurovision edition. Anyway dozens memories and incidents in Eurovision, surely it’s a nice recap to see although the producers of the video conveniently forgot to mention the rent accident with the Ukrainian prankster during Jamala’s performance at the interval act, or the high heals malfunction of Sertab Erener when she came on stage to give the trophy to Ruslana.
