SARAJEVO, BOSNIA & HERZEGOVINA – Dino Merlin first represented Bosnia and Herzegovina in 1999 with song called Putnici (Travelers)and he came back in 2011 with Love In Rewind. Now he has two new songs and videos, that will be featured on his new upcoming album Hotel Nacional.
First song is called Skoljka (Shell). It is a bit up beat, but the interesting thing is that the video is done in comicbook style, but it was also shot on various locations in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The second song is called Ruza (Svako ima nekoga da mu ruke pruza) or in English Rose (Everybody has a giving hand). This song is dedicated to all who were and are threatened by the recent floods in Bosnia, Serbia and Crotia. It is also used in humanitarian campaign for the same purpose.

Bosnia is one the most successful countries since the semifinals were introduced, as they’ve qualifed on every occasion when they have participated. Bosnia withdrew from the contest in 2013, but they did have plans to return this year. Unfortunately they’ve pulled out before the deadline, and they have already stated that the chances to see them in Austria are also slim, due to economic crisis in the country and also because there is not a lot of people paying the TV tax.
